My Story

I remember looking at my life and thinking that although I had a few achievements to my name, I still wrestled with this deep lack of confidence, fulfilment and purpose.

I was either backsliding into habits and behaviours, I thought I had finally gotten over. Or stuck telling myself tomorrow would be better, with no real plan on how I was going to change.

I knew what it was to feel like a failure, frustrated, and wondering if I’d ever be able to get into a healthy, confident and consistent place with both my faith & fitness.

Had I not decided to take these two steps, I’d still be stuck in that same cycle of life.

Take accountability for my own growth and stop expecting it to just happen, without intentional work.
Get help from the people who were where I aspired to be, so that I didn’t waste years making the same mistakes.

It has now become my life's mission to help as many people who feel stuck like I once did, build a body they can feel confident in and step into the full potential of who God created you to be.

I’ve also experienced low moments, self-doubt and a lack of confidence - but with every challenge comes an opportunity to build your faith & redefine life!
